Mindfulness is simply being aware of the present moment
including out thoughts, feelings and bodily sensations
without judging them or pushing them away.

Mindfulness can significantly change the way we relate to stress and difficulty, and enhance our capacity to cope on a daily basis. By developing more awareness, you can learn to deal with difficulties more effectively and find appreciation in what we already have.
It involves acceptance without believing, for example, there is a right or wrong to think and feel at any given moment.
