Take time for yourself and find a space of stillness and equanimity in the busyness of our lives! This half day yoga session offers a great opportunity to create a mini-retreat experience where you can spend a few hours, mostly in silence, exploring mindfulness practices and deepening your yoga practice.
We go for lunch, juice or just come for coffee afterwards to meet each other.
Cost of the retreat
- Please do book your place, it's essential as the studio is small and limited to numbers.
- Please bring a yoga mat and if possible something warm for the relaxation (you can borrow a mat if you don't have one, just let me know)
