You'll learn how to cultivate your breath or life force energy so you can release all the physical tension and mental stress, creating more space to manifest your incredible potential - physically, mentally and spiritually.

When you book 1-to-1 session with me, we will first determine your needs, health condition and expectations during the initial consultation which is part of the first session (15 mins).

My teaching style is a mix of several different yoga traditions over my years of practice combining mindfulness practices and breath work.
