I am here not just as someone who has embraced the transformative power of breath, but as a yogini whose journey has unfolded for almost three decades. It's a joy to share how the tools of breathwork, yoga, mindfulness and meditation, which have been my steadfast companions, have played an instrumental role in my path from yogini to post-hip replacement recovery.

While my journey began in India in 1993, living in several ashrams studying with my teacher for 2 years in the realms of yoga and meditation, it has evolved into a deeper exploration through breathwork healing and resilience, particularly in the field of grief and recovery.


With nearly three decades of experience, I've dedicated my life to the pursuit of personal growth and holistic wellness and nothing has resonated with me more deeply than the power of the breath.
From the vibrant and dymanic practice of a yogini to the tender moments of post-surgery recovery, the breath has been my constant, guiding me through every moment.


In the face of uncertainty, my own combination of breathwork, mindfulness, meditation, and movement became the cornerstone for my grief and recovery guiding me through the journey of recovery with grace and resilience.

As a devoted yogini, yoga was not just a physical practice; it was my love, passion and a celebration of my body's ability to adapt and transform.

Our breath is our superpower, it accompanies us moment to moment. A powerful healing modality weaving through all our life’s events, that can bring us into many different states of awareness.

 THE POWER OF BREATH

Our breath is connected with our every emotion and thought and it’s the first thing we lose
when we are tense, upset or anxious..
Have you noticed how the breath changes with our moods – short and shallow
when tense or angry, faster when excited, slow and full when we are
happy and relaxed… and almost disappear when we are scared

Our cells rely on oxygen and energy for their fuel and breathing is a powerful
way to bring in more prana and vitality into the body,
recharging our systems to work for our optimum wellbeing.

My work primarily focuses on Conscious Connected Breathwork which can bring
about profound healing, opening up the mind and bodyreleasing blocked emotions
and trauma held in the body and accessing higher states of consciousness

Meet Ali
I am a trauma-informed breathwork, mindfulness meditation and yoga facilitator who has been travelling extensively around the globe for over 25 years and running retreats and workshops internationally since 1999.
I am a senior mentor with Integrative Breath Facilitator Training and offer in-person and online ceremonies, courses, and coaching 1-2-1 clients.
